Pride alum Chris Hall writes for the OU Daily:

The leadership team, which is made up of all the section leaders for the band, the staff and the drum major, left Friday afternoon for Lake Texhoma where they spent the next two days doing various leadership building activities and rehearsing to prepare for the upcoming season.

And while we're on the subject, be sure to check out the newly redone OU Bands Web site - not only spiffy-looking, but fully XHTML 1.0 Strict validating. This is good geekiness, as it's pretty much future-proof. Now all we need is to get Chris Evans to redesign this site. :-)

Update: The Pride's Web site now has an RSS feed, too, so you can read all their latest happenings in your newsreader, just like you can with our own site. It's also what makes possible our new, spiffy "Pride News" box on the left side of the home page! Technology is grand, ain't it?
